The cuisine at North combines traditional Lanna recipes along with modern day cooking techniques and cultures. At North we preserve the original character of Lanna foods while applying creativity in the cooking and presentation to elevate the taste and overall dining experience.
Our customers will get to experience the breadth and depth of flavours of foods which are inspired by Lanna culinary wisdom. At North we produce the finest dishes and desserts by using the best ingredients essentially from Northern Thailand. We will also be bringing local traditional dishes that have been lost over time and serving them in an elaborate fine dining style.
